CLICK & COLLECT

You can now order products on our website and collect them in store. Collect in store is free.

We will email you when your order is ready for collection. You will need to bring your order confirmation email and the purchase number that you paid with.

 

 

SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the order details and expected delivery date. Once the product is despatched you will receive a tracking number so that you can track progress online.

We use UPS, Royal Mail, TNT, FedEx, DHL and Hermes UK for our deliveries. Deliveries can be tracked and need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address (not necessarily the addressee).

 

IMPORT DUTY

When you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined.

 

*EU Order & Shipping Update

From the 1st January 2021 there will be changes to the way the parcels are delivered to Ireland and countries in the European Union. To keep your experience with us as smooth as possible, here are a few key things you need to know.

Shipping Times
We currently do not expect there to be major delays with shipping times.

Customs & Duty 
You may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in the destination country and will be contacted by courier with more information. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

Returns 
When returning orders, please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” on the outer packaging and any commercial invoicing to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us.

Shipping to Northern Ireland 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent with tracked shipping with VAT charged on orders. Orders will not be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.

Shipping to EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland)
Deliveries to EFTA countries will be remain the same with parcels sent with tracked shipping and VAT excluded on orders. Orders will be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.
