Ceramic Artist / Potter
As the second-generation head of his family kiln, Takaichi Tokoi produces Mashiko ware using traditional clay and techniques, while also dedicating himself to training and guiding younger artisans. Alongside his own creative work, he has long supported the pottery community through activities at the Industrial Technology Support Center and the local pottery cooperative, helping to sustain Mashiko as a vibrant production center.
