Collection: THE PRINTER’S DEVIL

Working from his studio in hackney wick, east london, Stephen is fascinated by centuries old techniques, processes and the culture of wood block printing. His wood type collection dates back to the 1860's whilst the metal type dates as far back as the 1840's. He also now designs and uses his very own custom blocks.

Stephen has collaborated with many different companies from all over the world. These include uniqlo, paul smith, truck furniture japan, full count japan, penguin publishing, tate publishing, the v&a and china disney.
