Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the original method of payment. All Sale items are final sale and returns will be not accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method used to purchase.

We are unable to cancel, refund or exchange products which have been personalised or made to measure.

* Cosmetic products, fragrance cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

And, underwear cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.




To be eligible for a return the package needs to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt date. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

We must receive the item within 7 days of the postmark and recommend using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs.

Please note that returns from outside the UK that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.
Unfortunately we do not refund shipping costs.

When returning orders, please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” on the outer packaging and any commercial invoicing to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us. Failure to do so are the sole responsibility of the customer.
