The Kumamoto, Japan-born barista and roaster returns with the hotly anticipated follow up to last year’s ode to live in London.

Staying true to his roots – including happy years working London icon, Workshop Coffee - Riku's roaster is another love letter to Londoner.

This time it’s the coastal regions of Guatemala, San Martin Jilotepeque, Chimaltenango Department that have provided the inspiration. Expect generous portions, this coffee which named “Cimarrona“ was found as a mutation of Bourbon in the coffee farm. Cimarrona named after the plot where this variety was originally planted.
