How to use
Grind size: Medium grind, the same as for regular drip coffee
Quantity: 10g of coffee beans, 150g of water (boiling water is fine)
Brewing Method
- Place the strainer in the teapot
- Add the ground coffee to the strainer
- Pour a small amount of hot water, just enough to wet all the grounds
- Wait for 30 seconds
- Slowly pour the remaining water in several stages until you reach the desired amount
- Once the water has fully dripped through, remove the strainer with the grounds from the teapot
- Set the lid on the teapot and enjoy with your favourite mug
