An eye-catching mug with a unique handle

Through trial and error on the handle's fulcrum, width, etc., fuuu was able to create a mug that you'll want to use every day.

Although it has a classic shape, the characteristics of the handle and the pleasant fluctuation that can only be achieved by using a potter's wheel give a soothing effect to the user.

Kyo-yaki & Kiyomizu-yaki

“Kyo-yaki”' is a type of pottery that spread around the Higashiyama foothills from the early Edo period on the back of the popularity of the tea ceremony. And, “Kiyomizu-yaki'” was a type of pottery that was made on Gojozaka, the approach to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Currently, all types of pottery made in Kyoto are called “Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki”.
